| At
Kitengela Stained Glass Studios the traditional method of making
stained glass is still in operation. We use a lot of recycled studio-made
glass and imported glass from all over the world. These are cut
according to the clients wishes, with a tungsten wheel cutter, and
painstakingly assembled into the final panels, using lead cames
made here at the studio (as is all our solder). For detail we paint
and fire in our kilns. We undertake anything from large walls to
small panels and screens, tiffany lamps and suncatchers. Our artists
are highly trained, and we are renowned for our realistic wildlife
scenes, and African landscape renditions. |
